"I can't stress this enough.... If it's not adding to you, if it's not making you better, if it doesn't challenge you or inspire you to want to be great, if you don't look forward to it, it's doing the direct opposite. We all grown, you don't need to give toxic people heads up before you remove yourself (notice I said yourself, cos you are in control of what you let in) from their lives. Bad relationships, friendships, associations of any sort will drain you. Love them from afar, wish them well and pray for them even but let them go💪🔑
